Dear Leader, if it’s not being done the way you want, don’t take it. Teach it.

I don’t know if you’ve ever had something ripped from your hands because someone thought you were doing it wrong, but it’s one of the most demoralizing feelings. It makes you feel about this small 🤏🏼 and strips you of any desire to learn or do better.

On the other side of every task that needs to be done, there is a heart that needs to be stewarded and a potential that deserves to be realized.
